COMPLEXITY OF THE MINIMAL
The specific target of the works by Georgi Stanishev is to reflect the equilibrium of the forces forming the architectural space: structural forces, economic restrictions, programme requirements, innovative spatial solutions… all that joined into a minimalist space package.
Projects GS is the first architecture design studio established in 1999 to cover some architectural commissions, that have been delegated to Georgi Stanishev. Later on in 2010, following the growing range of business and design initiatives, a company Prospectum GS has been started by Georgi Stanishev to cover the widening spectrum of consultancy on master planning, building development and management, and reflecting the growing experience of the team.
Prospectum GS is a bureau for architecture, strategic and master planning, as well as engineering design. Its mission is to serve the full range investment projects in the fields of urban environments, housing and public buildings, hotels, commercial and office spaces, industrial buildings and interior design. For over 10 years Prospectum was engaged in numerous local and international projects providing award-winning levels of architecture project design, as well as project management services to investment institutions and developers.
The bureau provides full spectrum of design services for project development in all stages:
– territory assessment and analysis
– brief formation
– strategic, urban design and master planning,
– building architecture and engineering design,
– project administration and building monitoring.
Georgi Stanishev has the capacity to provide design, consulting and management of international enterprises. The studio manages and subcontracts a constellation of all engineering companies, necessary for the successful design process and building implementation of large-scale projects.
